G.S.R. 104(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it Is necessary In the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue, and Insurance) No. 153-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1986, namely:—
In the Table annexed to the said notification, for serial Nos. 1 and 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"1. Aviation gasoline and Alkylates as Rs. 35,00 per kilolitre at 15 degrees are used only for producing aviation of centi-grade thermometer, gasoline.
5. Furnace oil. Rs. 17.70 per kilolitre at 15
degrees of centi-grade thermo-
