NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th March, 1972
G.S.R. 195(E,).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, namely:—
1.(1) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Amendment Order,
1972.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order 1970, for item "I Basic ceiling selling prices of kerosene in bulk per kilolitre ex-storage points" and the entries there- under, the following shall be substituted, namely—
"I.-Basic ceiling selling prices of kerosene in bulk per kilolitre ex-storage points.
