S.O. 208 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 , ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely : ---
( 1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Amendment ) Scheme , 1972 .
(2 ) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April , 1972 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme , for sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 10, the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely: - " ( 1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance inin respect of the quarter ending on the 30th day of June , 1972 , shall , --
(a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 21st March , 1972 , be nil:
(b) in the case of all new policies , including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of six paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured . "

का० प्रा ० 208 ( अ) श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा श्रधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ० 5483 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम (माल ) बीमा स्कोम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( संशोधन ) ग्कीम , 1972 होगा ।
( 2) यह अप्रैल , 1972 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 10 के उपपैग ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्न लिखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्:---
" ( 1 ) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , जून , 1972 के नीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने बाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम, -~
(क ) 31 मार्च , 1972 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत शून्य होगा ;
(ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान , पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पालिसियां भी आती है , बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक स। रुपए या उसके किसी भाग के लिए छह पैसे की वर पर होगा । "
[ सं ० फा० 66 ( 13 ) -बीमा 1/ 71-1 ] Emergency S.O. 209 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 6 ) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Act , 1971 , ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme published with the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenu and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5486 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely : - ( 1 ) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance ( Aniendment ) Scheme , 1972 .
( 2 ) 11 shall come into force on the Ist day of April , 1972 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme , for sub - para- graph ( 1 ) of paragraph 8 , the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
" ( 1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 30th day of June , 1972 , shall ,- (a ) in repect of a policy of mourance in force on the Set March , 1972 be 1311,
(b ) in the case of all new policies, including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of ten paise for every hundred tupees or any part thereof of the sum insured . "

का० प्रा ० 209 ( ए ) आपान जोग्ब्रिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय मरकार , भारत सरकार के वित्त मन्त्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिम बर, 1971 की अधि- सूचना सं ० का ० श्र ० 5486 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम श्रापान जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा ( संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1972 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह अप्रैल , 1972 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. श्रापत जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा रकम में , पैग 8 के उप -पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप -पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:---
" ( 1 ) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , जून, 1972 के तीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली निमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम,-
( क) 31 मार्च , 1972 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत , शून्य होगा ;
( ख ) मभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनु- पूरक पालिसियां भी श्राती हैं , बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रूपए , या उसके किसी भाग के लिए दस पैसे की दर पर होगा । "
