NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th March 1972
S.O. 210(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely; —
1 (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Amendment Rules, 1072.
(2) They shall conic , a force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, after entry (26—A), the following entry shall be inserted, namely: —
"(26—B) in the case of sanctions relating to the Department of Science and Technology,in respect of payment of grunts to scientific socie- ties, by the Principal Scientific Officer in that Department; or".
