New Delhi, the 22nd March 1972

S.O. 226(E)15/IDRA/71.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Development of Industrial Development) Order No. 24(E)/15/IDRA/71, dated the 7th January. 1972, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,, Section 3. Sub-Section (11), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. O. S. Krishnamoorthy, Deputy Director Office of the Textile Commissioner, Bombay, vice M. Madurainayagam, as Member-Secretary of the body of persons appointed to make investigation into the affairs of Mnhaboob Shahi Kulbargn Mills Co. Ltd., Guibarga (Mysore).
