In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 15 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers con- ferred on it by clause II of the said Order shall be exercisable also by the officers mentioned in column ( I ) of the Table below within the areas specified in the corres- ponding entry in column ( 2) of the said Table

सा० का ० मि० 213 ( प्र ) - शकेरा ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश के खण्ड 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियां निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों द्वारा भी, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के अन्तर्गत , प्रयोक्तव्य होंगी ।

(ख) महाराष्ट्र राज्य के सभी राजस्व अधिकारी , जो अवल कारकून की पंक्ति से नीचे के न हों या ऐसा कोई पद धारण कर रहे हों जिसे राज्य सरकार द्वारा ऐसे कारकून की पंक्ति से नीचे का नहीं माना गया है और जिला प्रदाय अधिकारी के कार्यालय में तथा खाद्यान्न वितरण अधिकारी के कार्यालय में जो प्रदाय निरीक्षक की पंक्तिसे नीचे के न हों ।

( ग) राशनिंग क्षेत्र में राशनिंग संगठन के सभी अधिकारी जो राशनिग निरीक्षक की पंक्तिसे नीचे के न हों ।
