EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 30th March 1972
S.O. 244 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely-
1. This Order may be called the Exports ( Control ) Fourth Amendment Order , 1972.
2. In Part 'B ' of Schedule I to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 item No. 23 should be amended to read as '--
(1 ) Hand woven woollen carpets and woollen chain stitched rugs , other than those mentioned against item 32 in Part 'A' .

(11 ) Hand woven woollen carpets of persian , mobarik, Indo - berber and other designs upto 32,000 knots sq . metre ,
3. In Part ' A ' of Schedule I to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 item No. 32 should be amended to read as:-
(1 ) Hand woven woollen carpets and chain stitched rugs to be exported on consignment basis or at a floor price of less than Rs . 50.00 per sq . metre f.o.b.
( ii) Hand woven woollen carpets of persian , mobarik , Indo - berber and other designs upto 32,000 knots sq . metre to be exported on consignment basis or at a floor price of less than Rs . 70.00 per sq . metre f.o.b.

एस ० श्रो० 244 (3 ).--आयात तथा निर्यात (नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 की 18 ) के खंड 3 में प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर केन्द्रीय सरकार निर्यात (नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1968 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है, अर्थात् :--
1. इस आदेश को निर्मात ( नियंत्रण ) चौथा संशोधन आदेश , 1972 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. निर्यात (नियंत्रण ) आवेश , 1968 के लिए अनसूची 1 के भाग 'बी ' में मव संख्या 23 को नीचे के अनुसार पढ़ने के लिए संशोधित किया जाना चाहिए-
(क ) हाथ से बुने हुए ऊनी कालीन और ऊनी लड़ियों से सिले गलीचे , जो भाग 'ए' में मद 32 के सामने उल्लिखित हैं उन से भिन्न ।
( 2 ) फारसी , मुबारिक , भारत -बरबर तथा अन्य डिजाइनों के हाथ से बने हुए ऊनी कालीन , 32,000 गांठ वर्ग मीटर तक :
3. निर्यात ( नियत्रण ) आदेश , 1968 की अनुसूची 1 के भाग ' ए ' में मद संख्या 32निम्न प्रकार से पढ़ने के लिए संशोधित की जानी चाहिए:--
( 1 ) परेषण के आधार पर या जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क न्यूनतम कीमत 50.00 रुपये प्रति वर्ग मीटर से कम पर निर्यात किए जाने वाले हाथ से बुने हुए ऊनी कालीन और लड़ी से सिले गलीचे ।

( 2 ) परेषण के आधार पर या जहाज पर्यन्त- निशुल्क न्यूनतम कीमत 70.00 रुपये प्रतिवर्ग मीटर से कम पर निर्यात किए जाने वाले फारसी, मुबारिक , भारत-बरबर और अन्य डिजाइनों के हाथ से बुने हुए ऊनी कालीन , 32,000 गांठ वर्ग मीटर तक ।
