In exercise of the Constitution and with the President hereby mak Government of India in t 3rd June , 1958 , namely:--

का ० प्रा० 249 ( प्र) . राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 258 के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भौर पंजाब राज्य सरकार की सम्मति से भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 452 , तारीख 3 जन , 1958 में निम्नलिखित संशोधना एतवद्वारा करते हैं , अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, " राज्य " शीर्ष के मीचे आने वाली " पंजाब " प्रविष्टि और " संघ राज्य क्षेत्र " शीर्ष के नीचे आने वाली "दिल्ली; हिमाचल प्रदेश " तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि लुप्त की जायेगी ।

S.O. 250 (E ) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article 239 of the Constitution , the President hereby directs that the Administrator of the Union territory of Delhi shall , subject to the control of the President and until further orders , also exercise the powers and discharge the functions-
( a) of the Central Government under sections 4 , 5 , 17 to 21 and 30 of the Official Trustees Act , 1913 ( 2 of 1913 ) ; and
(b) of the State Government under sections 3 , 4, 24 , 41 to 46 and 62 of the Administrators- General Act , 1963 ( 45 of 1963 ) ,
in relation to the said Union territorу .

फा ० प्रा० 250 ( प्र ) . राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में एतद्वारा निवेश देते हैं कि दिल्ली संघ राज्य क्षेत्र का प्रशासक , राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रणधीन रहते हुए और भागे प्रादेशों तक, उक्त संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के सम्बन्ध में-
