New Delhi , the 1st April 1972
S.O. 251 ( E ) . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of International Trade No. S.O. 3548 , dated the 17th December , 1963 , read with the Orders of the Government of India , in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 4205 , dated the 22nd November , 1968 , and in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Nos . S.O. 741 , dated the 20th February , 1969 , and S.O. 4433 , dated the 30th October , 1969 , and in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 1098 , dated the 17th March , 1970 , S.O. 1267 , dated the 22nd March , 1971 , and S.O. 248 ( E ) , dated the 30th March , 1972 , the management of the whole of the industrial under- taking known as the Beng : 1 Nagpur Cotton Mills Limited , Rajnandgaon , had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period up to and including the 30th April , 1972 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient In the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the sald Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of two years up to and including the 30th April , 1974 .

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period up to and including the 30th April, 1974 .

का ० प्रा ० 251 ( प्र ) . यतः भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 4205 दिनांक 22 नवम्बर , 1968 और भूतपूर्व विदेश व्यापार तथा आपूर्ति मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का० आ ० 741 दिनांक 20 फरवरी , 1969 , तथा का ० ग्रा ० 4433 , दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर , 1969 तथा विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय के सं ० का ० श्रा ० 1098 दिनांक 17 मार्च , 1970 , का ० श्रा० 1267 दिनांक 22 मार्च , 1971 तथा का ० आ ० 248 ( ई ) दिनांक 30 मार्च , 1972 के साथ पठित भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० अ ० 3548 दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर , 1963 द्वारा दी बंगाल नागपुर काटन मिल्स लिमिटेड, राजनन्दगांव नामक सम्पूर्ण औद्योगिक उप- क्रम का प्रबंध अन्तिम आदेश में निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकृत नियंत्रक द्वारा 30 अप्रैल , 1972 तक के लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , ग्रहण कर लिया गया था ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त प्राधि- कृत नियन्त्रक द्वारा उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण 30 अप्रैन , 1974 तक वो वर्ष की आगामी अवधि के लिए, जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है, और वना रहना चाहिए ।
अत: अब , उद्योग ( विका स और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18क की उपधरा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वा प्रश्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उपरिणित अन्तिम आदेश का प्रभाव 30 अप्रैन , 1974 तक की आगामी अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।

8.0 . 252 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18-A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modifi- cation of the Order of the Government of Indla in the late Ministry of International Trade , No. S.O. 3548 , dated the 17th December , 1963 ( as subsequently modified ) , the Central Government hereby authorises , with immediate effect , the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corporation Limited , to take over the management of the Bengal Nagpur Cotton Mi.ls Limited , Rajnandgaon , viçe Messrs . Raja Ram and Brothers , Mandsaur .

व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 3548 , दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 1993 ( तश्तर यथा संशोधित ) में प्रांशिक संशोधन करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार मैन राजा राम एण्ड प्रदर्श , मंडलोर , के स्थान पर , मध्य प्रदेश राज्य वस्त्र निगम लिमिटेड को बंगाल नागपुर काटन मिला जि०, राज- नन्दगांव का प्रबंध अपने अधिकार में लेने के लिए उन्हें तन्काल प्रभाव से एनद्वारा प्राधिकृत करती है ।
