NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st April 1972
S.O. 253 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 17 of the Employees' Provident Funds and Family Pension Fund Act , 1952 ( 19 of 1952 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Governmeul of India in the Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilitation ( Department of Labour and Employment ) No. S.O. 1757 dated the 29th April , 1971 , the Central Government hereby directs that every employer in relation to an establishment exempted under clause ( a ) or clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 17 of the said Act or in relation to an employee or a class of employees exempted under paragraph 27 , or as the case may be , paragraph 27 A of the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , shall transfer the monthly provident fund contributions within fifteen days of the clore of the month to the Board of Trustees , duly constituted in respect of that establishment , and that the said Board of . Trusters shall invest every month , within a period of two weeks from the date of feceipt of the said amounts from the employer , the provident fund accumulations that is to say that

contributions , interest and sundry receipts as reduced by any obligatory outgoings In accordance with the following pattern , namely :
(1) in Central Government securities
not less than 45 per cent .
Balance ( ii) in State Government securities , the securities guaranteed by the Central Government or the State Governments , in the tax free Small Savings securities and in the 1 year , 3 year and 5 year Time Depdosits in Post Offices .
The above pattern will be in force for the period from 1st April , 1972 to the 31st May , 1972 .
2. All re - investment of provident fund accumulations ( whether invested in securities created and issued by the Central Government or in savings certificates issued by the Central Government or in securities created and issued by a State Government ) shall also be made according to the pattern mentioned in paragraph 1 above .
3. The Board of Trustees shall formulate proper procedure for prompt invest- ment or reinvestment of accumulations in accordance with the aforesaid directions and shall have it approved by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned .

का० प्रा ० 253 ( प्र ) -कर्मचारी भविष्य निश्चि और कुदुमा पशन निधि अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 17 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम , रोजगार और पुनर्वास मन्त्रालय ( श्रम और रोजगार विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सख्या का ० भा० 1757 तारीख 29 अप्रैल , 1971 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 17 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) या ( ख ) के अधीन छूट प्राप्त स्थापन के सम्बद्ध या कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्कीम , 1952 के पैरा 27 या, यथास्थिति , पैरा 27 -क के अधीन छूट प्राप्त किसी कर्मचारी या कर्मचारियों के वर्ग से सम्बद्ध प्रत्येक नियोजक भविष्य निधि के मासिक अभिदाय उस स्थापन की ब बत सम्यक् रूप से गठित न्यासी- बोर्ड को मासान्त के पन्द्रह दिन के भीतर अन्तरित कर देगा और उक्त न्यासी -बोर्ड भविष्य निधि सचयनों को , अर्थात् अभिवायों, ब्याज और विविध प्राप्तियों को , बाध्य कर निर्गमों को कम करके , निम्नलिखित नमूने के अनुसार हर मास , नियोजक से उक्त रकमों की प्राप्ति की तारीख से वो सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर विनिहित करेगा, अर्थात्
45 प्रतिशत से श्रन्यून ( i ) केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में
( ii ) राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों , केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों द्वारा गारण्टीकृत प्रतिभूतियों में , करमुक्त अल्प बचत प्रतिभूतियों में और डाकघरों में एक दगि तीन वर्षीय और पंचवर्षीय आवधिक जमानो में

THE GALIME
उपर्युक्त नमूना प्रथम अप्रैल , 1972 से 31 मई, 1972 तक की अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।
2. भविष्य निधि संचयनों के सभी पुनर्विनिधान ( चाहे केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा सृष्टौर जारी की गई प्रतिभूतियों में विनिहित किये जायें या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गये बचत प्रमाणपत्रों में या किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा सृष्ट और जारी की गई प्रतिभूतियों में ) भी ऊपर पैरा 1 में उपर्वाणत नमूने क अनुसार किए जाएंग ।
3. न्यासी- त्रोर्ड संचयनों के पूर्वोक्त निदेशों के अनुसार तत्काल विनिधान या पुविनिधान के लिए उचित प्रक्रिया बनायेगा और उसे भविष्य सम्बन्धित प्रादेशिक निधि आयुक्त से अनुमोदित कराएगा ।
