का ० श्रा० 279 ( अ ) ----यतः लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 12 के अधीन जारी की गई अधिसूचना सं ० फा ० 13 ( 4) / 72-विधायी ।। तारीख 22 मार्च , 1972 ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण ) , भाग 2, खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ।। ) में तारीख 22 मार्च, 1972 को प्रकाशित ) के अनुसरण में आंध्र प्रदेश , बिहार , हरियाणा , हिमाचल प्रदेश , मध्य प्रदेश , मैसूर , पंजाब और राजस्थान राज्यों की विधान सभाओं के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा निर्वाचित राज्य सभा के उन सदस्यों के पदों को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ जो 2 अप्रैल , 1972 को अपनी पदावधि की समाप्ति पर निवृत हो गए है ( जिनके अन्तर्गत बिहार राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले उस सदस्य का स्थान भी है जिसने पद त्याग किया है और जो इस प्रकार पद त्याग न करने पर 2 अप्रैल , 1972 को निवृत्त हुआ होता ) निर्वाचन कराए गए हैं ;
