ORDER New Delhi, the 12th April 1972
S.O. 286(E)/15/IDRA/72(1-A).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 78(E)/15/ IDRA/72(1) dated 31st January, 1972, namely:—
In the fourth paragraph of the said Order, for the words "six weeks", the words "ten weeks'" shall be substituted.
