ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th April 1972
GSR. 244(E)/Ess.Com/Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and clause 0 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Restrictions on Movement) Order, 1971 namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Restrictions on Movement) Third Amendment Order, 1972.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In clause 2 of the Sugar (Restrictions on Movement) Order 1972 after the words any sugar", the words "produced by vacuum pan process" shall be in-
