No. DRAWBACK / PN - 32 / 72 . Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra Ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN -1 dated the 13th October , 1971 .
The description against Sub - Serial No. 5704 may be substituted as under :-
"Black and copying lead slips for pencils ( excluding glass marking lead slips of all shades and other coloured lead slips ) ."

सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/वी एन-32/ 72.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 भारत के राजपत्त्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/2/70 प्रतिअदायगी ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार, सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/पी एन-1 दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारिणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं:-
उपक्रम संख्या 5704 के सम्मुख दिये गये विवरण को निम्न प्रकार से प्रतिस्थपित किया जाय :--
"पेन्सिलों के लिये ब्लैक एण्ड कापिइंग लैंड स्लिप्स जिसमें सभी रंगों के ग्लास माकिंग लैड स्लिप्स और अन्य रंगीन लैंड स्लिप्स शामिल है । "
No. DRAWBACK / PN - 33 /72 .-- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 -DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra - Ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN -1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :
In Column ( 4 ) against sub- clauses ( 1 ) and ( ii ) ( A ) of Sub- Serial No. 2726, and entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted with: effect from 1st February , 1972 , namely :-
( i) " The appropriate rate fixed under Sub - Serial No. 2622 in respect of jute content , plus the appropriate rate fixed under sub - serial No. 1914 for articles made of polythylene in respect of polythene content , if any . "
( li ) ( A) " The amount of import duty per Kg . of paper content paid in the relevant Bill of Entry or Rs . 2.40 ( Rupees two and forty palse only) per Kg . , whichever is less ."

सं ० प्रतिभवायगो/पी ० एन० 33/72.--पीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० म ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र०८० ) के नियम 4 के अन्तर्गत , केन्द्रीय सरकार , मार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रति श्रदायगी/ पी ०एन०-1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशिन सारणी में , एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :--
स्तम्भ 4 में , उप- क्रम सं ० 2726 के उपखंड ( i ) तथा ( ii ) ( क ) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के सामने1-2-1972 से निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, यथा: -
(i ) पटसन अन्तर्वस्तु के संबंध में उप -क्रम सं ० 2622 के अन्तर्गत निश्चित समुचित दर तथा पोलिथीन अन्तर्वस्तु के संबंध में पोलिथिलीन से निर्मित वस्तुओं के लिए उप क्रम सं ० 1914 के अन्तर्गत निश्चित समुचित दर , यदि कोई हो ।
( ii ) ( क ) कागज अन्तवस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर संगत श्रागम पत्ता में अदा की गयी आयात शुल्क की रकम अथवा 2.40 रुपये ( केवल दो रुपये तथा चालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम , जो भी कम हो ।
