New Delhi, the 17th April 1972S.O, 294(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and in partial modifica- tion of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 5(E)/15/IDRA/7l, dated the 4th January, 1972, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. C. Chowdhury, Special Officer, Refugee Rehabilitation Department, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta, as a member of the body of persons appointed to make investigation into the affairs of Laxminarayan Cotton Mills Ltd., Rishra (West Bengal).
