NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th April, 1972
S.O. 299(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Second Amendment Rules, 1972.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958;
(i) the heading "MINISTRY OF SUPPLY" and the entry thereunder, shall be omitted;
(ii) above the heading "Cabinet Secretariat, Department of Personnel", the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"Department of Supply Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals Deputy Director General ('Administration/Deputy Director (Administration)".
