CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi , the 19th April , 1972
G.S.R 250( E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts ( i) rediograms and (ii ) radios with extra space in cabinet for fitting in record players or record changers , falling under Item No. 33A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( I of 1944 ) and of the description specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table hereto annexed from so much of the duty of excise levlable thereon as is in excess of the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table .

(a) if manufactured in an industrial unit in respect of which the Collector of Central Excise is satisfied that the capital investment on plant and machi- nery only installed therein , on the date of the initial installation of the plant and machinery is not more than Rs . 7.5 lakhs ; Nil

सा०का ० मि० 250 (प्र ) -फेस्त्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और ममक अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद सं ० 33 क के अन्तर्गत आने वाले और इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट वर्णन के ऐसे ( i ) रेडियोग्राम और ( ii ) रेडियो को, जिनकी कैबिनिट में रिकार्ड प्लेयरों या रिकार्ड चेंजरों को फिट करने के लिए फालतू स्थान है , उन पर उग्रहणीय उतने उत्पाद शुल्क से एतद्वारा छूट देती है जितना उक्त सराणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रकम से अधिक है ।

कि उसमें संस्थापित संयंत्र और मशीनरी पर पूंजी विनिधान , सयंत्र और मशीनरी के प्रारम्भिक संस्थापन की तारीख को 7.5 लाख रुपए से अधिक नहीं है;

192.00 (vii ) 575 रु ० से अधिक है किन्तु 675 रु ० से अधिक नहीं है ।
300.00 (viii ) 675 रु ० से अधिक है ।
स्पष्टीकरण--इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजन के लिए , किसी ऐसे रेडियोग्राम या रेडियो की कीमत की संगणना करते समय , उसकी कीमत में जुड़े उत्पाद शुल्क या विक्रय कर या दोनों के अंश , यदि कोई हो, को हिसाब में नहीं लिया जाएगा ।
