ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st April, 1972.
S.O. 306(E)/IDRA/18G/72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other powers enabling It in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely,
(1) (i) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Amendment) Order, 1972.
(ii) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
(2)In clause 8 of the Cement Control Order, 1967,
(i) In item (a) for the figures "159.83" the figures "162.00" shall be substi- tuted.
(ii) in item (b) for the figures "138,83" the figures "139" shall be substituted.
