S.O. 811 (E).—In the notification of the Central Board of Direct Taxes No. SO. 5249, dated the 28th November, 1971, published at pages 3231-3232 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary- Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 29th November, 1971,—
at page 3232, for lines 12 to 16. read
"I hereby nominate the person'(s) mentioned below to receive the •amount that may stand to my credit in the provident fund
amount of gratuity,
in the event of my death before that".
