G.S.R. 265(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Com- panies Art, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee consisting of the following members, namely; —
1. Shri K. D. Dholakia. 2. Shri S. C. Aggarwal, 3. Shri M. A. Wadud Khan. 4. Prof. K. T. Merchant.
2. The said Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the 1st May, 1972.
