NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th April 1972
S.O. 327 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Third Amendment Rules, 1972.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Officer Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958 after entry (4), the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
