EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 9th May 1972

SUBJECT.—Information regarding exports to Yugoslavia during 1972,

No. 9-ETC(PN)/72.—Attention of all Intending Indian exporters to Yugoslavia is invited to the Public Notice No. 2-ETC(PN)/72, dated 9th March, 1972.

2. With immediate effect, while furnishing particulars as per para 2 of the said Public Notice, the following additional information should also be supplied while applying for registration to the Officer on Special Duty (Yugoslavia), Ministry of Foreign Trade, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi,:

(g) Mode of Payment. (In case of payment by L/C, number and date of the L/C and its validity together with the name of the bank through which the L/C will be negotiated, should be furnished).

3. While furnishing information about actual shipment of goods from India vide para 5 of the said Public Notice, the Officer on Special Duty (Yugoslavia) should also be informed if the L/C has already been cashed and payment thereof has been received.
