MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (Department of Food) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th May 1972

G.S.R. 278(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 of the Food Corporations Act, 19G4 (37 of 1964), the Central Govern- ment hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), No. S.O. 4458, dated the 14th December, 1967, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
