S.O. 429(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representa- tion of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein is published for general information—

Bye-election to the House of the People from the 4-Raiganj Parliamentary Constituency in West Bengal.
