New Delhi, the 16th June 1972
S.O. 432 (E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1625, dated the 18th July, 1959, read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce Nos. S.O. 2306, dated the 1st July, 1964, S.O. 1838, dated the 3rd June, 1965, S.O. 2389, dated the 17th July, 1967 and S.O. 2607. dated the 15th July, 1968, and in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Department of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 2839, dated the 11th July, 1969, and the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O, 2377, dated the 14th July, 1970, the management of the Industrial under- taking known as the Model Mills Nagpur Limited, Nagpur, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the order first mentioned above, for a period up to and inclusive of the 17th July, 1972;
1120 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC 3(ityjNow, therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and Inclusive of the 17th July, 1974.
