ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th June 1972
G.S.R. 318(E)/Ess. Com/Sugar—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Levy Sugar Supply (Control) Order, 1972, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Levy Sugar Supply (Control) Amend- ment Order, 1972.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In clause 2 of the Levy Sugar Supply (Control) Order, 1972,—
(i) after sub-clause (1), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely: —

(ii) in sub-clause (2), after the words, brackets mid figure "sub-clause ( l ) ", the words, brackets, figure and letter "or sub-clause ( l A )" siviU be inserted.
