S. O.438(E).—Whereas I. F.G.T. Menezes. have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India under sub-clause (a) of clause 3 of the Vegetable Oil Product" Control Order, 1947, to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order:
Now, therefore ,in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-caluse (j) of clause 6 of the Vege- table Oil Products Control Order. 1947 read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food & Agriculture No. G.S-R. 882 dated the 24th September, 1958 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture Department of Food, No. S.O. 416-E dated the 9th June, 1972, I hereby fix, with the prior

EXPLANATION:—In this notification:
(i) "retailer" means a dealer who sells not more than 16 -5 kgs. of vegetable
oil products to any one consumer at a time.
-SEC 3(11)1 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY 1229(ij) "Wholesaler" means a dealer who sells vegetable oil protud (a) TO a retailer in any quantity, or (b) to a consumer exceeding i6."r kge. at a time.
