EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 26th June 1972
S.O. 443- ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause ( 2 ) of clanse 10 of the Exports (Control ) Order , 1968 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. MISC. 36/66 ( 1-1 ) dated the 10th November , 1966 , (as amended by notification No. 1/67 dated the 4th August , 1967 and notification No. 1/69 dated the 31st March , 1969 ) constituting the authorities for the purpose of hearing appeals against the action taken under clause 8 or 8A of the said Order , namely :-
In the said notification, in item ( ii ) , for the words "Additional Secretary and two Joint Secretaries to the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply " , the words and brackets " Special Secretary and two Joint Secretaries to the Government of India and the Officer on Special Duty (Vigilance) , in the Ministry of Foreign Trade " shall be substituted .

एस ० प्रा ० 443 ( प्र) निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1968 की धारा 10 को उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त आदेश की धारा 8 य। 8 ए के अधीन की गई कार्रवाई के विपरीत अपील की सुनवाई के लिए प्राधिकारियों की संस्थापना करते हुए भारत मरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या मिस्क. 36/66 ( 1-1 ) विनांक 10 नवम्बर , 1966 ( जैसा कि अधिसूचना संख्या : 1/67 , दिनांक 4 अगस्त , 1967 और अधिसूचना संख्या 1/69 , दिनांक 31 मार्च , 1969 द्वारा संशोधित की गई ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: --
उक्त अधिसूचना में मद ( ii ) में , " विदेश व्यापार तथा आपूर्ति मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के अपर सचिव और दो रसुक्त सचिव , शब्दों के लिए " विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के विशेष सचिव और दो संयुक्त सचिव और विशेष कार्य अधिकारी ( सतर्कता ) " , शब्द और कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
