NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 29th June 1972
S.O. 448(E).—In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 7.01 of Arti- cle VII of the Loan Contract dated 17th March, 1972, between the Republic of India and the Diversification Fund of the International Coffee Organisation in respect of Small Coffee Farm Diversification Project and of Coffee Census Project respec- tively, the Government of India hereby designate the Coffee Board of India as the Development Institution and authorise to receive payments of principal amounts of the Loan Contracts in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.02 and Section 7.03 of the two Contracts mentioned above.
