ORDER

New Delhi, the 3rd July 1972

S.O. 458(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 2622/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 25th June, 1969 read with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 2299, dated the 2nd July, 1970, the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Om Parasakthi Mills Limited, Coimbatore had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 4th July, 1972;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of two years;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 4th July, 1974.
