New Delhi the 4th July 1972
G.S.R. 329 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 ( 13 of 1885 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Telegraph Rules , 1951 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Telegraph ( Sixth Amendment ) Rules . 1972 .
( ii ) They shall come into force immediately.
2. In the Indian Telegraph Rules . 1951 ( hcre - in - after referred to as the said rules ) , in rulc 60A . after the heading " II For Delivery in Nepal " and the Table occurring there under , the following Headingand Table shall beinserted , namely:-
" III For delivery in Bangla Desh:

For any number of words not exceeding cight including the address

3. In rule 133 of he said rules , after the Heading " III For delivery in Nepal " and the Table occurringthere und'r , the following Heading and Table shall beinserted , namely:-

नई दिल्ली, 4 जुलाई , 1972
सां ० का ० नि० 329 ( श्र) भारतीय धिनियम , 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) को धारा हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार भारतीय तार नियम, 1951 में आगे 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है , अर्थात:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को भारतीय तार ( छरुत्रां संशोधन ) नियम, 1972 कहा जा सकेगा ।
( 2 ) वे तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय तार नियम, 1951 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है) के नियम 60 क में शीर्षक " 11 नेपाल में वितरण के लिए तथा उनके अतर्गत दी गई मारणों के पश्चात् निम्नवर्ती शीर्षक तथा सारणी जोड़ी जाएको , अर्थात:--
( III ) बंगला वेश में वितरण के लिए -

पना मिला कर आठ शब्दों स अनधिक कितने भी शब्दों के लिए
पहन आठ शब्दों के पश्चात् प्रत्येक अतिरिषत शब्द के लिए

3. उक्त नियस के नियम 133 में शीर्षक " III नेपाल मे वितरण के लिए" तथा उसके अन्तर्गत दी गई सारणी के पश्चात्निम्नवर्ती शीर्षक तथा मारणो जोडी जाएगी , अर्थान--
IV " बंगला वेश में वितरण के लिए :
पहले पचाम शब्दों के पश्चात् प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त शब्द के लिए पता छोड़ कर 50 शब्दों में अनधिक कितने भी शब्दों के लिए
