NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th July 1972

G.S.R. 330 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby makes the Hollowing Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices), Order. 1970. namely: —

1. (1) This Order may foe called the Kerosene (Fixation of Celling Prices), Fourth Amendment Order, 1972.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Kerosene (Fixation of Celling Prices) Order, 1970, in the proviso to sub-clause (ii) of clause (d) of paragraph 3, for the words, brackets and figures 'State of Assam, the autonomous State of Meghalaya and the State of Nagaland and in the Union territories of Manipur and Tripura and the North East Frontier Agency, referred to in the North East Frontier Areas (Administration) Regula- tion, 1964 (1 of 1954)". the words "States of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mani- ?ur and Tripura and the Union territories of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh" shall be substituted.
