NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th July 1972
G.S.R. 831 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1935), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices), Order, 1970, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices),
Fifth Amendment Order, 1972.
(2) It shall come into force on the 10th July, 1972.
2, In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, for item "II. Flat Transportation Charges" and the entries thereunder, the follow- ing shall be substituted, namely:—
"II.
Flat transportation charges
In Rs. per Kilo Litre
Kerosene Superior
(a)
Rupees Thirty-five decimal two two one one
Kerosene Inferior
(b)
Rupees Thirty-flve decimal two two one one."
