ORDER
New Delhi, the 7th July 1972
S.O. 480(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that with the onset of monsoon, the supplies of milk have increased so as to secure its equitable distribution in the areas comprising the Union Territory of Delhi and the Dis- tricts of Meerut and Bulandshahr in the State of Uttar Pradesh;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely: —
In sub-clause (3) of clause 1 of the Delhi, Meerut and Bulandshahr Milk and Milk Products Control Order, 1972 as notified in Order No. S.O. 342(E), dated 6th of May, 1972, the following amendment shall be made: —
For the words
"and shall cease to operate on the 16th of July 1972"
substitute the words
"and shall cease to operate on the 9th of July 1972".
