No. DRAWBACK / PN - 6572.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Denties Drawaback Rule , 1971 (Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No.DRAWBACK PN - 1 dated the 15th October 1971 :-
For Clause ( 2 ) of Sub - Serial No. 3402 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted : -

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/ वी ० एन०-65/ 72.--प्रीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्न , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52/ का ० सं ० 602 / 2 / 70 -प्र ० प्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रनिप्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :--
उन- क्रा मं ० 3102 के खंड ( जी) तथा उसने संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थानित किया जायगा:--

No. DRAWBACK / PN - 66 / 72 .In the Public Notice No. 17 published in Part I. Section ( i ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary dated the 25th February , 1972 , the following proviso may be added at the end , namely : -
"Provided that no rebate of duty of excise leviable on the Sulphuric Acid used in the manufacture of Alumina Ferric under item No. 14G of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 , has been granted. "

सं ० प्रतिश्रायती/ वी० एन०-66/ 72.-भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 फरवरी , 1972 के भाग 1 , खंड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित सार्बजनिक सूचना सं ० 17 में अन्त में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ दिया जाय , अर्थात्:--
"परन्तु यह तब जब कि केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तथा नमक अधिनियम , 1944 की प्रथम अनु- सूची की मद सं ० 14-जी के अन्तर्गत एल्यूमिना फैरिक के निर्माण में प्रयुक्त सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड पर लगने योग्य उत्पाद शुल्क में कोई छूट नहीं दी गयी है । "
