RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 12th July 1972

No. F.A.11013/E/134/71-Ad.IV.—In partial modification of the orders contained in para 3 of the Resolution No. A.11013/E/134/71-Ad.IV, dated the 11th October, 1971, the Government of India have decided that the Central Excise (Self Removal Procedure) Review Committee will submit Its report to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) before the 30th September, 1973.

ORDEROrdered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information. JASJIT SINGH, Addl. Secy. (1351)
