Mukherjee, Deputy Director in the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Bombay, as Member Secretary of the body of persons appointed to make investigation in the affairs of Orissa Cotton Mills Ltd,, Bhagatpur in the place of Shri Nireri Ghosh,
