G.S.R. 342(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Indian Iron and Steel Company (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1972 (No. 6 of 1972), the Central Government hereby authorises Shri Sujit Banerji, Deputy Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Steel) as the person to whom the properties of the undertaking of the Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited shall be delivered under that sub-section.
904—905 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—SEC. 3(i)jG.S.R. 342-A(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Indian Iron and Steel Company (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1972 (No. 6 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints Shrl M. P. Wadhawan, Director (Finance), Hindustan Steel Limited, Ranchi, as the Custodian of the undertaking of the Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited for the purrose of taking over the management thereof, and for the management of the under- taking of the company for and on behalf of the Central Government.
