NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th July 1972
G.S.R. 343(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964). the Central Government makes the follow- ing rules further to amend the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Food Corporation (Second Amendment) Rules, 1972.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Food Corporations Rules, 1965. in clause (a) under the heading "(ii) Daily Allowance" in sub-rule (2) of rule 7, for the letters figures "Rs. 35/-" the letters figures "Rs. 45/-" shall be substituted.
