EXPORT TRADE CONTROL,
New Delhi , the 18th July 1972
S.O. 491 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Exports ( Control ) Eighth Amendment Order . 1972.
2.2. In the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , in Schedule I , Part A , the entire entry against item No. 18 shall be deleted and substituted by the following :-
18. Wild life ( dead or alive or part thereof or produce therefrom , the following :-
(1 ) Deer-Black buck , Brown - antlared deer , Indian Swamp deer , Musk deer , Chital or spotted deer , Barking deer , Hog deer , Mouse deer , Nilgai or blue bull, four horned antelope , Indian gazelle , Kashmir stag , and Sambhar , but excluding horns speciftedin Part B of this Schedule .
(2) Caracal ,
(3 ) Gibbons .
(4) Great Indian Bustard .
(5) Indian rhinoceros .

3. In the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , in Schedule I, Part B, the following entries shall be deleted:-
1 ( iii ) ( b ) Crocodiles .
1( ill ) ( p) -Water Lizards .
1 ( iil ) (w) -Desert Cat .
4. In the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , in Schedule I Part A, the foliowing entry shall be deleted:
23 ( a ) Live Snakes .
(b ) Cobra , Kralt , Viper , Echis and other Snake Venoms .
5. In the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 ,in Schedule I , Part ' B' the following entries shall be deleted and substituted by the entries shown against each :-
1 ( iii ) ( r ) -" Squirrel " shall be deleted and substituted by " Squirrels other than Giant Squirrels " .
1 ( 111 ) ( v )-"All types of Lizards , viz . Varanus Monitor ( Common Lizard ) , Varanus Griseus ( Agra Lizard ) , and Varanus Flavscens ( Yellow- ovel spotted Lizard ) but excluding Water Lizards " shall be deleted and substituted by " Lizards viz , Varanus Griseus ( Agre Lizard ) and Varanus Flavscens ( Yellow- oval spotted Lizard )" .
1 ( iii ) ( s ) - " Fox " shall be deleted and substituted by " Fox other than Himalayan Fox" .

निर्यात व्यापार नियंत्रण
नई दिल्ली, 18 जुलाई , 1972
का ० प्रा० 491 ( श्र ) -श्रायात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड 3 में प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1968 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. इस आदेश को निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) आाठवां आदेश , 1972 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. निर्यात ( नियंत्रण) आदेश 1968 की अनुसूची 1, भाग ए में मद संख्या 18 के सामने की समस्त प्रविष्टि को हटाया जाए और निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए:-
18. निम्नलिखित वन्य जन्तु ( मूत या जीवित या उनका भाग या उनका उत्पाद ):-
1. भूग -काला नर मूग , भूरा , श्रुगाभ मृग , भारतीय शाबर , मूग , कस्तूरी मृग , वित्तल या चित्तीदार मृग , भूकने वाला मूग , पाढ़ा पिसूरी , नील गाय या नीला सांड , चौसिंगा मूग, भारतीय चिकारा , कश्मीरी बारहसींगा तथा सांभर , किन्तु इस अनुसूची के भाग बी में विष्टिकृत सींगों को छोड़कर ।

3. निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश 1968 की अनुसूची 1 के भाग बी में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि- यां हटाई जायेगी ।

1 ( iii ) ( पी ) --जलीय छिपकली.
1 ( iii ) ( डब्ल्यू) - रेगिस्तानी बिल्ली.
4. निर्यात ( नियंत्रण आदेश , 1968 की अनुसूची 1 के भाग ए में नम्नलिखित प्रवि- ष्टियां हटाई जायेंगी ।
23. ( ए ) जीवित सांप .
( बी) कोबरा , फ्रेट , वाइपर, एचिस , तथा अन्य विषैले सर्प ।
5. निर्यात ( नियंतण ) आदेश , 1968 की अनुसूची 1 के भाग 'बी ' में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को हटाया जाएगा और उन्हें उनके सामने दिखाई गई प्रविष्टियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा:--
1 ( iii ) ( भार )-" गिलहरी " को हटाया जाए और उसे बड़ी गिलहरी से भित्र गिल हरियों" द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
1 ( iii ) ( बी )-- सभी किस्म की छिपकलियां अर्थात् वारानस मानिटर (सामान्य छिपकली ) वारानस ग्रिसेज ( आगरा छिपकली ) तथा वारानस फ्लेव्ससेन्स ( यैलो-श्रोवल स्पाटिड छिपकली ) को हटाया जाए किन्तु " जलीय छिपकलियों " को छोड़कर और इन्हें " छिपकली अर्थात् वारानस ग्रिसेज ( आगरा छिपकली ) तथा वारानस फ्लेस- सेन्स ( पैलो-श्रोवल स्पाटिड छिपकली ) " द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
1 ( iii ) ( एस )-"लोमड़ी " को हटाया जाए और " हिमालयी लोमड़ी से भिन्न लोमड़ी' द्वारा इसे प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
