New Delhi, the 19th July 1972

G.S.R. 345(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred on me by clause 21 of the Fertiliser (Control) Order ,1957, I. Anna R. George, the Controller of Fertilisers, hereby direct all manufacturers of fertilisers to submit to the Deputy Secretary (Fertilisers), Ministry of Agriculture, New Delhi and also to the Secretaries to the Departments of Agriculture in such of these States and Union Territories as the manufacturers may indicate In paragraph B of the Form annexed hereto, monthly returns of stocks, production and despatches of fertilisers produced In their factories in the said form regularly by the 15th of the month following the month to which the report relates.
