NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st July 1972
S.O. 499 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Commerce S.O. 638 dated 10th February, 1969. (as amended from time to time), namely:—
In the said notification, for the portion beginning with the words "which provides for delivery" and ending with the words "and the district of Ganganagar. in the State of Rajasthan", the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"which provide for delivery during a month not later than the third month following the month during which the contract has been entered into."
