NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 22nd July 1972
S.O. 500(E).—In pursuance of Section 8 of the Personal Injuries (Compen- sation Insurance) Act, 1963 (37 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme to amend the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Scheme, 1972, namely:—

1. This Scheme may be called the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insur- ance) . Amendment Scheme, 1972.
2, In the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Scheme, 1972—
(i) in clause 8, for the words, figures and letters "during the quarter ending 31st March, 1972" the words, figures and letters for the quarter ending 31st December. 1971" shall be substituted;
(ii) after sub-clause (7) of clause 8, the following sub-clause shall be inserted namely: —
"(7A) The minimum final premium and the minimum advance premium payable by an employer shall be rupee one";
I452 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—SEC. 3(11)]S.O. 501 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Per- •onal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Act, 1963 (37 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Rules, 1972, namely: —
1. These rules may be called the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Amendment Rules, 1972.
2. In the Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Rules, 1972^-in rule 6, in clause (a)—
(1) for the words "had been employer", the words "had been an em- ployer" shall be substituted;
(2D for figures, letters and words "20th July" the figures, letters, and word "31st Aueust" shall be substituted.
