NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th July 1972
S.O. 505 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 52 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation ( Department of Labour and Employment ) No. G. 27035 ( 4 ) /72-P.F. I / II , dated the 19th July , 1972 , the Central Government hereby directs that accumulations out of the provident fund contributions , interest and other receipts as reduced by obligatory outgoings , shall be invested in accordance with the following pattern , namely:-
From 1st July , 1972 to 30th September , 1972
( i ) Central Government securities
45 per cent .
25 per cent .
( ii ) State Government securities and State or Central Government guaranteed securities
30 per cent .
( iii ) Post Office Time Deposits and Small Savings
From 1st October , 1972 to 31st March , 1973
25 per cent .
( i ) State Government securities and State or Central Government guaranteed securities
( ii ) Post Office Time Deposits
75 per cent .
Provided that any shortfall in investment in the State Government securities and State or Central Government guaranteed securities , during the period from

1st April , 1972 to 30th June,June , 1972, shall be mademade up during the period front is! July. 1972 to 31st March , 1973 , so that the overall investment in these securities during 1972-73 should be 25 per cent .
2. All re - investment of provident fund accumulations ( whether invested in securities created and issued by the Central Government or in savings certificates issued by the Central Government or in securities created and issued by a Stat Government) shall also be made according to the pattern mentioned in paragrap'ı 1 above .
3. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st July , 1972 .

का ० प्रा ० 505 ( अ ) - कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्कीम के पैरा 52 के उप - पैरा ( 1 ) द्वार। प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम और पुनर्वास मंत्रालय ( श्रम और रोजगार विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का श्रा ० जी ० 27035 ( 4 ) / 72 - पी ० एफ०-1/ 2 , दिनांक 19-7-72 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि भविष्य निधि अभिदायों के संचयनों, ब्याज और अन्य प्राप्तियों, को बाध्यकर निर्गमों को कम कर के, निम्नलिखित नमूने के अनुसार विनिहित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: --
पहली जुलाई , 1972 से 30 सितम्बर , 1972 तक
45%
( i) केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में
25%
( ii ) राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में और राज्य या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा गारंटीकृत प्रति- भूत्तियों में
30%
( iii ) डाकधरों में आवधिक जमाओं और लघु बचतों में
पहली अक्तूबर , 1972 से 31 मार्च , 1974 तक
25%
( i ) राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों , केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार गारंटीकृत प्रतिभूतियों में
75%

बणतें कि राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों और राज्य अथवा केन्द्रीय सरकार गारंटीकृत प्रतिभूतियों में निवेश में पहली अप्रैल , 1972 से 30 जून , 1972 के दौरान हुई कमी पहली जुलाई , 1972 से 31 मार्च , 1973 के दौरान पूरी कर ली जायेंगी ताकि 1972-73 में इन प्रतिभूतियों में मारा निवेश 25 प्रतिशत हो जाय ।
2. भविष्य निधि मंचयनों के सभी पुनविनिधान ( चाहे केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा सृष्ट और जारी की गई प्रतिभूतियों में विनिहित किए जाएं या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए बचत प्रमाण पत्रों में या किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा सृष्ट और जारी की गई प्रतिभृतियों भी ऊपर पैरा -1 में उप- वणित नमूने के अनुसार किए जाएंगे ।
3. यह अधिसूचना पहली जुलाई , 1972 से लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।
