NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 31st July 1972
S.O. 513(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by dome (2) of article 77 of the Consti- tution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Fourth
Amendment Rules, 1972.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication ( Orders and other Instruments ) Rules , 1958 for the entries under the heading "MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—
•'I. Intelligence Bureau .
Joint Director/Deputy Director/Joint Deputy Director/Assistant Director/Joint Asstt. Director in the Headquarters office.
Border Security Force.
, Deputy Director/Assistant Director in the 2.
Headquarters office.
Deputy Director/Assistant Director in the 3. Central Reserve police
