S.O. 5l4(E)./IDRA/72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the lute Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade No. S.O. 3642/15/IDRA/7() dated the 2nd November, 1970, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
