New Delhi , the 4th August 1972
S.O. 519 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the said Act to make orders under clauses ( d ) and ( f ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of that section shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Mysore in that State This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st January 1973

का ० प्रा ० 519 ( प्र ) .--आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देनी है कि उक्त अधिनियम अधिनियम की धारा 3 द्वारा, उम धारा को उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) और ( च ) के अधीन आदेश देने के लिए . उस को प्रदत्त शक्तियों , इनमे उराबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किसी भी किस्म के पशु- चारे के सम्बन्ध में , मैसूर मरकार द्वारा भी उस राज्य में प्रायोक्तव्य होगी ।
यह आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन को तारीख को प्रवृत होंगा और 31 जनवरी , 1973 नक जिम में यह भम्मिलित है, प्रवृत रहेगी ।

पशु चारे को किस्में
( i ) रागी सूखी घास,
( ii) चावल डठन,
( iii ) चने का भूमा,
( iv ) कड़ी,
( V ) गेहूं-चोकर,
(V1 ) सूखी घाम,
(Vi) भुमा ।

This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st January , 1973.

( 1 ) Hay and Grass;
( ii ) Wheat Bhusa;
( iii) Gowar and its products ;
( iv) Karb or Karbi or Jowar , Maise and Bajra;
(v) Moth , Moth chara and Moth churl ;
( vi ) Gram Chhilka ;
( vii ) Gram Churi ;
(vili ) Oil Cakes ofof all types;
( ix ) Wheat Barley Chapat ;
(x) Barley Husk ;
(xi) Rice Husk;
(xii ) Moong , Moong chara and Moong Churi.

फा० श्रा० 520 ( प्र) आवश्यक वस्तु अधिमियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 द्वारा उस धारा की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड (ग) , ( घ) और ( च ) के अधीन आदेश देने के लिए, उस को प्रदत्त शक्तियां, इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट किसी भी किस्म के पशु चारे के सम्बन्ध में , राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा भी उस राज्य में प्रोक्तव्य होंगी ।
यह आदेश भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होगा और 31 जनवरी , 1973 तक जिस में यह सम्मिलित है, प्रवृत रहेगा ।
अनुसूची
पशु चारे की किस्में
( 1 ) सूखी और घास,
( 2) गेहूं का खावला, भूमा.
( 3 ) गवार और उसके उत्पाद,
( 4) कर्ष या ज्वार, मक्की और बाजरे की कीं,
( 5) मोठ, मोठ चारा और मोठ चूरी,
( 6) चना छिल्का,
( 7) चना चूरी ,
( 8) सभी प्रकार की खली ,
( 9 ) गेहूं व जौ का जोकर ,
( 10) जौ का भूमा,
( 11) चावल का भूसा,
( 12 ) मूग, मूंगचारी और मूंग चुरी ।
