New Delhi , the 9th August 1972
S.O. 531 ( E ) / IDRA/ 15A/ 72 . Whereas the Seksaria Cotton Mills Ltd. , Bombay , owning an industrial undertaking , is being woundwoun up under the supervision of the Bombay High Court and the business of this cocompany is not being continued;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary , in the interests of the general public , and , in particular , in the interests of production of cotton textiles to investigate into the possibility of restarting the aforesaid industrial undertaking ;
And whereas on application being made by the Central Government to the such Bombay High Court praying for permission to make an investigation it possibility , the Bombay High Court has granted the permission;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 15A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 , (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints , for the purpose of making investigation into the

possibility of restarting the aforesaid industrial undertaking , a body of persons consisting of :-

का० ग्रा० 531 ( अ ) आइ डी आर ए/ 15ए/ 72 यतः संकसरिया काटन मिल्स लि ० , बम्बई का जिसके स्वामित्व में औद्योगिक उपक्रम है , बम्बई उच्च न्यायालय के पर्यवेक्षण के अधीन समापन किया जा रहा है और इस कम्पनी का कारबार चालू नहीं रखा जा रहा है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि जनसाधारण के हित में और विशिटप्तः सूती वस्त्र के उत्पादन के हित में यह आवश्यक है कि उपरीक्त उपक्रम को पुनः धालू करने की सम्भावना की जांच की जाये;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा बम्बई उच्च न्यायालय को ऐसी संभा । जांच करने हेतु अनुज्ञा के लिए प्रार्थना आवेदन किए जाने पर बम्बई उच्च न्यायालय ने श्रनुशा दे दी ६०
अतः अब उद्योग ( विकास तथा विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) ६०. धारा 15 -क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उपरोक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम को पुनः चालू करने की संभावना की जांच करने के प्रयोजनार्थ निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सम्मिलित करके एक निकाय को एतद्वारा नियुक्त करती हैं:-
