S. O. 537(E)—-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 63A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O 1618, dated the n th April, 1969, the Central Government hereby reconstituted the Inter-State Transport Commission, as follows :—
