S.O. 538(E).—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment Order No. 371-E/15/IDRA/72 dated 22nd May, 1972 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 sub-section (ii) dated the 22nd May, 1972 the Central Government hereby appoints Shri L. Malakondayya, IAS, Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Member of the body of persons appointed to make investigation into the affairs of Adoni Cotton Mills Limited. Adoni (Andhra Pradesh) in the place of Shri P. L. Sivaram.
